Really Bad Girls of the Bible

Join the ladies of Eastwood on Monday nights beginning January 24, as we take a walk on the wild side with Liz Curtis Higgs' study Really Bad Girls of the Bible.  Through this study we will explore the lives of eight shady ladies of the Bible including the Medium of En Dor, Bathsheba, and Jael.  Dark Arts, adultry, murder and more made these women "really bad" in their day.  Yet in a closer look, we can still see God's soverign will shining through their lives. Child care is provided.  Please contact the church office or Nicole Falcon (423-9860) to sign up and let us know your child care needs.

Thanksgiving Centerpieces

Good Evening Ladies!!! The Holiday Season has arrived!!! I know you have so much to accomplish in the next two months but I certainly hope that you will take time out for yourself. We have an excellent opportunity coming up on November 20 at 6:30 pm in Big D. We will be making Thanksgiving Centerpieces and sharing in fellowship. Please make plans to attend. All the supplies will be provided for you, but we need to know if you are going to come so we are asking that you RSVP by calling the church office at 949-9433. * If you already have a centerpiece, come anyway and you can design one that we can donate to one of our local nursing homes!!!God Bless!!!

Fall Clothes Round-Up

Good Evening Ladies!!! I hope ya'll are enjoying this cool weather. How many of you added a jacket or sweater to your outfit today? I know I did. As you are pulling out your warmer apparel, we ask that you remember the fall clothes round-up for the Rescue Mission. You can bring your donations to the church this Saturday from 8-10am.

     How would you like to get away for the weekend with other ladies and scrapbook?  We will have a great time scrapbooking.  We will spend two nights  away and have food, fun, and fellowship.  All you will need for this weekend getaway is your scrapbooking supplies and a great attitude. 

     We would leave Eastwood on a Friday afternoon and come back Sunday morning.  The cost TBA.  Place and Time TBA.  Let us know of your interest and we will be updating you on other information.
